Palintest procedures are based on standard methods of analysis and equate well with the results that are obtained from conventional laboratory tests. The results have, where applicable, been experimentally correlated with standard laboratory methods of analysis so as to provide a basis for using published fertiliser recommendation tables.

1.The Complete Soil Kit

The Complete Soil Analysis Kit is a comprehensive outfit suitable for both laboratory and field use. This kit features the new Soil Test 10 photometer, giving excellent accuracy in a field instrument. This kit also contains pocket meters for the measurement of pH and soil conductivity. The kit enables a full evaluation of soil to be carried out at a fraction of the cost and time of laboratory analysis. The Complete Soil Kit outfit is supplied in a hard case to protect components & instruments and a separate shoulder case for reagents. 2.Professional Soil Management Kit

The choice of the professional agronomist or soil scientist, the SK 400 is based around the new Soil Test 10 photometer. Offering excellent accuracy in a field instrument the SK 400 kit will reduce the need for costly off-site analysis for the critical parameters:

Lime Requirement
Magnesium

3. Soil Management Kit

Extending the range of tests to include calcium, magnesium and soil conductivity, the SK 300 is the ideal choice for soil management operations. Containing the simple tester block and a pocket conductivity meter it provides comprehensive testing at a competitive price. The kit measures the following parameters:

4. Fertility Kit

The Palintest Soil Fertility Kit provides the analysis required for the routine analysis of agricultural soil and assessment of soil fertility. The tests included are pH, lime requirement, nitrate, phosphate and potassium. Simple rapid analysis of the soil is made possible by the extraction and reagent tablets provided for each of the tests. The kit is equally suitable for use in the field, farm, or laboratory. The kit is supplied in a soft shoulder carrying case and contains sufficient extraction and reagent tablets for 50 each of the tests.

5. Soil pH & Lime Requirement Kit

The SK 100 is a dual purpose kit for measuring both soil pH and lime requirement. The pH test uses a single tablet reagent in conjunction with the Palintest Soiltester pH (colour comparison) block. The lime requirement test uses a single buffer tablet and is carried out as a continuation of the pH test. The kit is supplied in a small plastic carrying case and contains sufficient tablet reagents for 50 soil pH and lime requirement tests.
